WENN SIE DEN BEDINGUNGEN DIESER EULA NICHT ZUSTIMMEN, INSTALLIEREN ODER VERWENDEN SIE DAS SPIEL NICHT.

1. Lizenz
Das Unternehmen gewährt Ihnen eine nicht exklusive, nicht übertragbare Lizenz zur Nutzung des Spiels auf Ihrem Gerät gemäß den Bedingungen dieser EULA. Alle Rechte, die nicht ausdrücklich in dieser EULA gewährt werden, bleiben dem Unternehmen vorbehalten.

2. Beschränkungen
Sie erklären sich damit einverstanden, Folgendes nicht zu tun:

• Das Spiel zu modifizieren, zu übersetzen, anzupassen oder anderweitig abgeleitete Werke oder Verbesserungen zu erstellen, unabhängig davon, ob sie patentierbar sind oder nicht.
• Das Spiel oder Teile davon nicht zurückzuentwickeln, zu disassemblieren, zu dekompilieren, zu dekodieren oder anderweitig zu versuchen, den Quellcode abzuleiten oder Zugriff darauf zu erhalten.
• Marken oder Hinweise auf Urheberrechte, Marken, Patente oder andere geistige Eigentums- oder Eigentumsrechte, die auf oder mit dem Spiel bereitgestellt werden, zu entfernen, zu löschen, zu ändern oder zu verdecken.

3. Anstößige Inhalte und Missbrauch
Das Spiel duldet keine anstößigen Inhalte oder beleidigenden Benutzer. Aktionen oder Inhalte, die als anstößig, schädlich oder unangemessen erachtet werden, führen zur sofortigen Kündigung Ihres Kontos und Ihres Rechts zur Nutzung des Spiels.

4. Cheats, Hacks und Apps von Drittanbietern
Die Verwendung von Cheats, Hacks oder Apps von Drittanbietern, die eine Änderung der Inhalte des Spiels beinhalten, ist streng verboten. Solche Aktionen führen zur sofortigen Kündigung Ihres Kontos und können rechtliche Schritte nach sich ziehen.

5. Offizielle Versionen
Das Unternehmen und das Entwicklungsteam sind nur für die offiziellen Versionen des Spiels verantwortlich, die vom Google Play Market und App Store heruntergeladen wurden. Alle APK-Versionen des Spiels oder Versionen, die über inoffizielle Kanäle bezogen wurden, werden nicht unterstützt und die Verwendung solcher Versionen erfolgt auf eigene Gefahr.

6. Eigentum an Inhalten
Alle Rechte an den von Spielern im Spiel erstellten Inhalten gehen auf das Unternehmen über.
Dies umfasst, ist jedoch nicht beschränkt auf, In-Game-Gegenstände, Charaktere und benutzergenerierte Inhalte. Das Unternehmen behält sich das Recht vor, solche Inhalte ohne weitere Entschädigung oder Benachrichtigung für beliebige Zwecke zu verwenden.

7. Kündigung
Diese EULA ist bis zu ihrer Kündigung gültig. Sie können sie jederzeit kündigen, indem Sie das Spiel und alle Kopien davon von Ihrem Gerät löschen. Das Unternehmen kann diese EULA jederzeit ohne Vorankündigung kündigen, wenn Sie gegen eine oder mehrere Bedingungen dieser EULA verstoßen. Nach der Kündigung müssen Sie die Nutzung des Spiels einstellen und alle Kopien des Spiels von Ihrem Gerät löschen.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT("EULA") CAREFULLY. BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING, OR USING CAR PARKING MULTIPLAYER ("THE GAME"), YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. THIS EULA IS A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND OGAMES ("THE COMPANY"), A COMPANY REGISTERED IN KAZAKHSTAN, FOR THE GAME SOFTWARE AND ANY ASSOCIATED MEDIA, PRINTED MATERIALS, AND ONLINE OR ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTATION. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE GAME.

1. License
The Company grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game on your Device in accordance with the terms of this EULA. All rights not specifically granted under this EULA are reserved by the Company.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Modify, translate, adapt, or otherwise create derivative works or improvements, whether or not patentable, of the Game.
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode, or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Game or any part thereof.
• Remove, delete, alter, or obscure any trademarks or any copyright, trademark, patent, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights notices provided on or with the Game.

3. Objectionable Content and Abuse
The Game does not tolerate objectionable content or abusive users. Actions or content that are deemed to be offensive, harmful, or inappropiate will lead to the immediate termination of your account and right to use the Game.

4. Cheats, Hacks, and Third-Party Apps
The use of cheats, hacks, or any third-party apps that involve the modification of the Game's content is strictly prohibited. Such actions will result in immediate termination of your account and may lead legal action.

5. Official Versions
The Company and development team are responsible only for the official versions of the Game downloaded from Google Play Market and App Store. All APK versions of the Game, or any versions obtained from unofficial channels, are not supported, and the use of such versions is at your own risk.

6. Content Ownership
All rights for the content created in the Game by players are carried over to the Company.
This includes, but is not limited to, in-game items, characters, and any user-generated content. The Company reserves the right to use such content for any purpose without further compensation or notice.

7. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by deleting the Game and all copies thereof from your device. The Company may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete all copies of the Game from your device.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, ORM OTHERWISE USING THE GAME, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THIS EULA, UNDERSTAND IT, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ITS TERMS.
