1 § 1.5.1.6 • Trolling in any way is prohibited
1 § 1.5.1.7 • So-called “pinging” @Discord Head of Staff @Head of Support or higher-ranking people is prohibited.
1 § 1.5.1.8 • Mini modding or pretending to be a member is prohibited.
1 § 1.5.1.9 • Every channel has its purpose and may only be used for that purpose!

U1 § 1.0.0 • The staff team decides individually on sanctions. Warnings, kicks and bans can be appealed as long as a staff member does not explicitly add NO APPEAL or rejects an appeal in any other permissible way.
U1 § 1.0.1 • Appeals can only be decided by the respective staff. Other staff members cannot make decisions in lieu of a decision, revoke them, impose a milder or harsher sanction, revoke a kick, mute, warn or ban, or replace it with another measure.
U1 § 1.0.2 • If a ban has been imposed, it is automatically NO APPEAL!
U1 § 1.0.3 • Warnings are effective for 30 days until the appeal and cannot be contested until then! If an appeal is rejected, it remains rejected!
U1 § 1.0.4 • Staff disrespect, regardless of the context, can be banned and is automatically NO APPEAL!
U1 § 1.0.5 • If the staff has concerns about a user being here, a ban (NO APPEAL) is permissible and does not require an explicit justification.

• • U1 § 1.0.5a • This also applies if the users are personally known to the staff, with whom „friendships“ are maintained, or if they are users who come from friendly or partner Discords!

U1 § 1.0.6 • The MGM C15, C14, C13 and C12 (also C12E) can generally revoke and re-evaluate decisions if this seems appropriate and there is 2/3 decision-making authority. A simple „majority decision“ is not permitted.

• • U1 § 1.0.6a • The voting process is not public and is not tied to any time sequence and can even be omitted completely. This leads to an automatic tacit rejection of the appeal!

1 § 1.5.3.6 • Pinging @ everyone and @ here is prohibited and may only be used by HR-Staff+. Other roles that ping more than 30 people at the same time may not be used at all or only in an emergency.
1 § 1.5.3.7 • “Spam” with server-wide pings is prohibited. Using it more than 3 times within 5 minutes is considered spam.
1 § 1.5.3.8 • Searching for and exploiting grey areas in the rules is prohibited
