who we are
Who we are...
... and what we do
The CPSC (Car Parking Support Community) is a community of voluntary users of Car Parking Multiplayer who, together with the development team and fair users, want to make Car Parking Multiplayer a fair and safe place.
Not an easy task.
The challenge is how we as CPSC can communicate with the development team in such a way that demands and recommendations are received and can perhaps be implemented.
The developer's manager, Mance, is our closest ally and point of contact.
But it is clear; Even Mance does not have the last word in thematically important decisions.
We know that we kept saying "this and that will come soon" and in fact very few concepts were implemented.
This is mainly due to the technical hurdles.
Car Parking Multiplayer must not be compared to other apps / mobile games. The skills of the developers must not be compared with the skills of others either, since each development team uses different systems and, depending on the strength of the team, developments can also be implemented at different speeds.
In addition, Mance emphasized several times that the basis of Car Parking Multiplayer is unstable, so that corresponding innovations can have an enormously negative effect on the whole of CPM.
The development team is trying to make CPM a product that will eventually overcome all teething problems in development with care and diligence.
Our tasks
First and foremost, the CPSC is a support team.
We know almost all problem areas of CPM and know solutions in almost all areas.
However, we do not offer help with technical issues, with account problems (e.g. someone hacked an ACC).
The CPSC focuses 80-90% on detecting and recording (reporting) of:
1. Cheaters
2. Scammers
3. Hackers
4. Other third party software manipulating CPM
5.NSFW/18+ Themes
6. Other Offensive or Illegal Designs
7. Other unfair advantage
8. Toxic chats between users
9. Racism
10. Sexism
11. Cyberbullying and Bullying
12. Coercion
13. Privacy Policy Issues
14. Problems with personal rights
15. Other Legal Violations Related to CPM.
We primarily represent the interests of the developers, secondarily the interests of the honest users.
Our efforts are always focused on providing a communicative interface between the users and the development team of Olzhas Games.
In the gaming world, the CPSC should be unique as an external team, at least I didn't know that in other games there are external teams that proactively support development teams.
But we don't flaunt it, we focus on the progress of an ingenious concept.
Car Parking Multiplayer should be fun for everyone. And that's only possible if things are massively regulated or banned that can impair or even destroy the user experience.
With some in-game groups and with individual factions, we also have our daily work to do. But we have put in a proud 4 years of work to be what we are today - A strong team -.
It's clear that not everyone likes the way we treat dudes in-game, but we don't like the way users treat others. We try to respond with similar, but mild, approaches. Stand up to the aggressors without involving the user base.
Not quite easy, but doable.
The CPSC will strongly recommend that the development team isolate/ban/blacklist cheaters and other negatively conspicuous users so that they cannot further their persistently harmful behavior and actions.
